R B cars - I recently purchased a car from Darren and Russell. This is the first time in 40 years in motoring that I found a second hand car dealer that is honest, always available to talk to, They gave a good deal and no quibble warranty. As a first point of call I will certainly go back to them when I need another car.

Despite the fact that i am disappointed that, the charge for delivering to my home, my first BMW was excessive, and unjustified, from Gloucester to East London, that i decided to collect my car at the dealership, the car itself is cool, and i like it.

I had my first experience of driving back home in a BMW, it was pleasant.

Despite the above i would recommend buying a car from them, but just enquire before hand about delivery and charges if your not local to them, (say within a 20 Mile radius).

Can't fault them the customer service was excellent , the car is an absolute pleasure , few teething problems which were sorted straight away with no fuss, has re stored my faith in second hand car dealers, would highly recommend.
